Getting started
- 1
Install from the Microsoft Store
Mosaic is sold only on the Microsoft Store, with a free 1-day trial. Install it, use every feature free for a day, then keep it with a one-time $4.99 purchase. It auto-updates through the Store.
- 2
Add your playlist
Paste your M3U/M3U8 URL or Xtream Codes login in the setup wizard. For Xtream URLs, choose API import for richer categories, VOD/Series, and catch-up.
- 3
Add a guide (optional)
Add one or more XMLTV URLs in Settings → Program guide, or let Xtream provide the EPG automatically.
- 4
Start watching
Browse by category, search instantly, and pin favorites. Your provider's order is preserved exactly.
Troubleshooting
A channel won't play or shows a codec error+
Some streams need a system codec extension (for example HEVC or MPEG-2). Mosaic detects this and shows a Store link to the right extension. You can also switch the media engine in Settings → Media engine to force the FFmpeg path for .ts / MPEG-2 / AC-3 streams.
My channels appear in the wrong groups or order+
Mosaic preserves the provider's order by default. If a source looks off, open Settings → Sources → Show parse log to see how many channels and categories were read. If your provider changed their playlist, use Reload on that source.
The guide (EPG) is empty or times look wrong+
Make sure an XMLTV URL is added (or that your Xtream source provides a guide), then use Refresh-now in Settings → Program guide. Channels need a matching tvg-id to line up with guide data; per-channel time offsets (tvg-shift) are applied automatically.
A channel returns a 403 / access error+
Some sources gate on a specific user-agent or referer. Mosaic preserves per-channel user-agent and referer from your playlist; if your provider requires specific headers, make sure they're present in the playlist you imported.
Something crashed — where are the logs?+
Open Settings → Diagnostics to view or clear per-day logs, or use "Open logs folder." Attaching the relevant log to your email helps us help you faster.

Trial, refunds & billing
Mosaic is sold exclusively through the Microsoft Store, which handles the free 1-day trial, all payments, and all refunds — there's no direct sale, checkout, or license key from SoFloWare. Try every feature free for 24 hours; to continue, it's a one-time $4.99 purchase on the Store.
To request a refund, open the Microsoft Store app (or visit aka.ms/store-refund), sign in, find Mosaic IPTV in your order history, and request a refund. If you believe the app is defective, email us and we'll help. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
