Content policy

Last updated: Version 1.2.0 — 2026-06-25

Mosaic IPTV is a neutral media player for streaming protocols including HLS, DASH, M3U/M3U8, and the Xtream Codes API. Mosaic IPTV does not provide, host, index, recommend, bundle, or endorse any streaming services, channel lists, content sources, or playlists.

All content you play within Mosaic IPTV is supplied by you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the streams, playlists, credentials, and other content sources you configure are legal in your jurisdiction and that you have the right to access them.

We do not support or encourage the use of pirated content, unauthorized retransmissions of copyrighted broadcasts, or streaming services operating without appropriate licenses from rights holders. Use of Mosaic IPTV with such content violates the End User License Agreement (Section 4 — Acceptable Use) and may violate applicable law.

Rights-holder notices

If you are a rights holder and believe content is being accessed using Mosaic IPTV in violation of your rights: please direct your notice to the operator of the upstream streaming service. We do not host, transmit, retransmit, index, or cache the streams played within Mosaic IPTV, and we therefore have no technical ability to remove, block, or restrict any individual stream.

We will respond in good faith to valid legal process directed at us. To report a copyright infringement matter relating to the Software itself (as distinct from content played through it), or to send a notice under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065, Article 16) or the United Kingdom Online Safety Act 2023, please contact info@sofloware.com.

Notices to info@sofloware.com are acknowledged within a commercially reasonable time. Where a notice identifies a legitimate dispute concerning the Software itself, we will engage in good faith to resolve it.
